Is anything better than cooking with vegetables fresh from the garden? These vegetables survived heat and squirrels, so I feel very lucky.
This week’s bounty includes squash blossoms, zucchini, peppers, fresh basic, beans, cucumbers, tomatoes and blueberries. The squash blossoms were a very special treat!

I love living in Florida, but visiting my old garden in Garrison never fails to bring me joy. I planted these flowers years ago and they are blooming in full force to welcome me back. My hybrid tea rose bush is now 5 feet tall and thriving.
