The summer harvest

ISummertime in the Hudson Valley is always a joy! The weather is a welcome change from Florida and I love watching my garden grow. So far, I’ve picked lettuce, squash blossoms, and enough basil to keep us in pesto until fall.

This sweet cardinal made himself right at home in my herb garden.
