It’s a rainy day in the Hudson Valley. What could be better than a crock of chili with diced Vidalia onions and shredded sharp cheddar? Another way to use some of my amazing tomatoes.
A Night in Versailles
Last month we had a terrific fundraiser for one of my favorite local organizations, St. Ann Place. What a wonderful party! The period costumes were over the top and everyone had so much fun. One perfect night!
