The Final Harvest
Fall is almost here and the summer harvests are dwindling. It’s hard to leave my garden in Garrison behind, but the last vegetables I picked were real show stoppers. These beautiful eggplants made an absolutely fantastic eggplant parmigiana and the squash blossoms were a bite of heaven.
